1. The main body of the chuck uses specialty alloy steel, and is integrally formed by thermal treatment and grinding.

2. The bearing has no load, low temperature raise, and high RPG; the built-in pneumatic piston may drive simultaneously.

3. The adopted spring collets are readily available; the dead-length design ensures that the workpiece does not withdraw during machining.

4.Waterproof and dustproof; sleeve taper precision below 0.01mm; screws may be fixed in front and back.

5. The piston and sleeve move together, the spring collet is forced to grip and release, and non-releasing does not occur.
