Bi-spindle chucks come in two main series:
1.Bi-collet – suitable for long workpiece machining products. Spindles such as: connecting rods and lower tubes of vehicle vibration dampers; copy machine drive shafts, A3-A4, and OPC drums; gas spring spindles and electric motor spindles.
2. Single collet – suitable for short workpiece products. Bicycles: hubs, front fork stems, and cable hangers; exercise equipment, automobile valves, motor spindles; machining bearing holes on both ends of treadmill roller wheels simultaneously.
Notice:
If the RPM of the spindle needs to be increased, the fuel tank of the hydraulic pressure stand should have a capacity of above 60 liters, and an oil cooler fan should be installed. A hydraulic refrigerator must be installed before further increasing the RPM to control and protect the spindle from being damage by the overheating caused by the heat generated from hydraulic friction; oil drainage is 4 liters per minute on average.
