Our colleagues at BAO YI have started the production, development, and design of quick pneumatic/hydraulic rotary chucks, fixed chucks, and specialized cylinders for table lathes since 1990, and have a team with years of technology and experience. In 1995, QIAO HONG Machines was established for the specialized production of automation-related cutting machinery, and novel chucks were further developed to meet the needs of the market and customers. In 2004, BAO YI was newly established within the company by combining our most experienced (20 years+) elites in work site technology, development and design, and after-sales service to lead the development and production of the new generation of precision pneumatic/hydraulic built-in rotary quick chucks, high-precision pneumatic diaphragm chucks, 5C precision pneumatic rotary chucks, bi-spindle chucks, etc. In 2009, in response to the needs of the market and customers, whole new precision bi-collet high-speed (above 3000RPM) bi-spindle chucks and large through-hole (>120 through hole) bi-chucks were designed and distributed all over the world as a specialized chuck manufacturer. Recently, due to the trend of adopting slant-bed lathe designs in machine tool manufacturers, 30°, 45°, and flat-bed 90° bi-spindle chucks with high rigidity and high intensity, and non-standard flange-type bi-collet spindle chucks specialized for slant-bed lathes were developed.
